Scope of service

Reinstated Media provides Google Ads account assessment, compliance remediation, and appeal-filing services. We do not act on behalf of Google LLC and are not affiliated with Google.

"No cure, no pay"

Our success fee is invoiced only after your account is reinstated and confirmed live by Google. "Reinstated" means Google has restored serving capability on the account in question. If we cannot achieve reinstatement after exhausting standard appeal routes, no fee is owed for the recovery work.

What's excluded

The guarantee covers our recovery effort. It does not cover policy changes you make against our advice after reinstatement, new violations on the account post-recovery, or accounts that have been permanently terminated for fraud or trust-and-safety reasons clearly documented by Google.

Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request before engagement.

Liability

Our liability under any engagement is limited to fees actually paid for that engagement.
