Reinstated Media ("we", "us") provides Google Ads account reinstatement services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Contact details you submit via our case review form (name, email, company, website), the suspension information you share with us, and — when you engage us — access to your Google Ads account. In most cases this is granted via Google's standard manager (MCC) linking flow with no password required.
Some recoveries can only be completed by logging in directly to your Google account. When that is necessary we will ask you for the relevant Google account credentials (and any associated verification details, such as a recovery code or temporary 2FA access) and log in via a dedicated proxy matched to your account's location. We only request these credentials when there is no alternative path to reinstatement.
Deletion after work completes
Once an engagement is closed — whether the account is reinstated or the case is declared unrecoverable — we permanently delete all credentials, verification details, proxy session data, and any copies of the account information you shared with us for the purpose of logging in. We strongly recommend you also rotate your Google account password and review active sessions and connected apps after the engagement ends.
How we use it
Solely to assess your case, perform recovery work, communicate with you, and bill for successful reinstatements. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and security
Data is stored on EU-region infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Account access is revoked at the end of every engagement.
Analytics & cookies
If you accept analytics cookies via our consent banner, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand aggregate site usage. We do not run any marketing, advertising, or social-media tracking pixels. You can reject analytics at any time — rejecting blocks the script entirely. Necessary cookies (your consent choice itself) are stored in your browser's local storage and never transmitted to us.
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form we store the information you provide (name, email, company, suspension details) in our backend solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are accessible only to Reinstated Media staff and are deleted on request or when the engagement closes.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@reinstatedmedia.com. We process requests within 30 days as required by GDPR.
